Might wanna build an ark!

We woke to quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor Saturday morning so off to the hardware store we went. We were, of course, side tracked by Halloween decorations but then got down to the business of finding the correct piece to repair our poor broken toilet.
We decided, while chatting about the broken toilet, that we would put our diaper sprayer in at the same time. For those of you who might not be aware, a diaper sprayer is simply a kitchen sprayer hooked to a hose coming from the water line behind your toilet. You can spray the bits out of cloth diapers right into the toilet without having to get your hands "dirty". Clever eh?
Ryan certainly wouldn't have been able to complete this project without his assistant.

Ever the Princess,
still willing to get her hands dirty:-)

Connecting the hose for the sprayer.

We've got a diaper sprayer! YAY me!

These are actually Hand Bathroom Bidet Sprayers that people are using to rinse off cloth diapers. If you are trying to help the environment (and your pocket book) you can give it a double whammy by virtually eliminating toilet paper use by using it on yourself also. I'm not sure how many people know this but that is what they were originally created for. I think Dr. Oz on Oprah said it best: "if you had pee or poop on your hand, you wouldn't wipe it off with paper, would you? You'd wash it off" Available at http://www.bathroomsprayers.com they come in an inexpensive kit and can be installed without a plumber. Now we're talking green and helping the environment without any pain.
